Share AI use cases and results, improve them together and build AI workflows.
Jungle AI (“Jungle AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an online platform that helps people discover AI tools, share AI guides, collaborate in labs, and co-create prompts (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You may use the Service only if you:
are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and
have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” will refer to both you and that entity.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
provide accurate and up-to-date information,
keep your login credentials secure, and
promptly update your information if it changes.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly at [contact email].
The Service allows Users to, among other things:
discover and review AI tools,
create and share AI guides and workflows,
post AI-related challenges and collaborate in labs,
create, share, and refine AI prompts, and
interact with other Users through comments, reactions, or similar features.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
“User Content” means any content you submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service, including but not limited to guides, lab posts, prompts, comments, tool reviews, images, and any associated metadata.
User Content also includes anything you post or share in Discussions and Groups, including messages, replies, attachments, and group descriptions. Depending on the settings of a particular discussion or group, your content may be visible to the public, to all logged-in Users, or only to members of that group.
Users may be able to create or manage Groups within the Service. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, Groups are user-run spaces and do not represent official positions or endorsements by Jungle AI. Group creators or administrators (“Group Owners”) are responsible for moderating their Groups in line with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
We may, at our discretion, remove or restrict Groups or specific content within Groups if we reasonably believe they violate our Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or if they pose a risk to other Users or the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Jungle AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Content, solely for the purposes of operating, improving, marketing, and promoting the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
you have all rights necessary to grant this license,
your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and
your User Content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
Some User Content and features may involve the use of AI models or suggestions generated by third-party AI providers or our own systems. AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any AI-generated content. You must not rely on AI-generated content as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, involving minors, or otherwise objectionable.
Post content that infringes any third-party intellectual property or other rights.
Share personal or sensitive information of others without their consent (including doxxing).
Upload malware, viruses, or any code that may damage or interfere with the Service.
Spam, phish, or otherwise abuse the Service, including posting repetitive or irrelevant content, or manipulating engagement metrics.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related systems.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where permitted by law.
Use the Service to develop or distribute malicious AI models or workflows (for example, for fraud, impersonation, or large-scale misinformation).
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content or account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, which describe how to use Jungle AI in a safe, respectful, and productive way. The Community Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference, and we may update them from time to time as the Service evolves. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Community Guidelines, these Terms will prevail.
The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, apps, AI tools, or services. These third-party services are not controlled by Jungle AI, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Jungle AI may include links to third-party products or services where we receive a referral fee, affiliate commission, or other form of consideration if you sign up or make a purchase (“affiliate links”). We may also display sponsored content or advertisements from third parties.
Affiliate links, sponsored content, and advertisements do not constitute our endorsement of the underlying products or services, and we do not guarantee their quality, availability, or suitability. Your dealings with third-party advertisers or affiliates are solely between you and those third parties and are governed by their own terms and policies.
Where required by law or platform rules, we will clearly label affiliate links, sponsored content, or advertisements so that you can recognize them as promotional in nature.
Content on the Service, including guides, labs, and prompts, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, or technical advice). You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice before relying on any information from the Service.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, by additional notice (such as a banner or email).
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or remove User Content, at our discretion if we reasonably believe that:
you have violated these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law,
your actions create risk or possible legal exposure for us or other Users, or
we discontinue part or all of the Service.
Upon termination, sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive (including ownership, license grants, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jungle AI disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content (including AI-generated content) will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jungle AI and its owners, directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 6 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50 (or equivalent).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jungle AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
your use of the Service,
your User Content, or
your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/Region, e.g., the Republic of Korea], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, Country], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
